Two curvilinear earthwork ditches, each less than a metre wide, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1946. They are aligned approximately along the contour, dropping less than 5 metres over a visible length of 180 metres, on a north facing slope. They are interpreted as the remains of former catchmeadow gutters of post-medieval or 19th century origin. They are not depicted on the available historic mapping and any catchmeadow here had probably fallen out of use during the late-19th century.
