Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2018-2019, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 1, Haldon Ridge to Dart Valley (Interpretation). SDV361305.

A dark rectilinear cropmark, averaging about 2m wide and covering a maximum visible extent of very approximately 30 by 60 metres, is visible on aerial photographs taken in 2016. It appears to be cut across by dark and pale cropmarks that have formed over removed field boundaries, which themselves had been depicted on the mid-19th century tithe map. The rectilinear cropmarks may have formed over the buried remains of a ditched enclosure of possible later prehistoric date, but they are only visible on a single sortie, and so interpretation is tentative.
