Curvilinear earthwork banks, circa 3m in width, which form a partial circular enclosure 27m in diameter, are visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, on a crest of a ridge within Clennpark Wood, Denbury and Torbryan. The origin of the earthworks is unclear, although the presence of a relict prehistoric or Romano-British field system recorded to the immediate east (MDV8644) offers support to the interpretation that it forms part of an associated feature, perhaps as evidence of settlement. The earthworks are not visible on other available aerial imagery owing to tree cover of Clennonpark Wood.
