Full description
Ordnance Survey, 1880-1899, First Edition Ordnance 25 inch map (Cartographic). SDV336179.
The visible earthworks correspond with a path depicted on the OS 1880s First Edition map.

A linear earthwork hollow is visible.

A roughly north-west to south-east aligned earthwork hollow between 2 to 4m wide and circa 110m long is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, on the south-west facing combe slopes to the east of Ruggadon, Chudleigh. The visible earthwork corresponds with a footpath depicted in an orchard on the later 19th century Ordnance Survey First Edition 25inch map.
