Dwelling shown on the Mary Tavy Tithe Map; 788 on apportionment (‘Cottage and Garden', owned by John Buller, occupied by Richard Arthurs). Aligned roughly north- south.

No sign of the building shown on the late 19th century historic map; presumably demolished by this time.
