Full description

South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.

Rectangular building aligned roughly south-west by north-east is shown on the Mary Tavy Tithe Map; 793 on apportionment (‘Outhouse and Court’, owned by John Buller, occupied by Francis Bennett. Part of Gides Tenement), to the north of MDV4169. Building appears to be serving an agricultural purpose at this time.

The late 19th century historic map depiction shows that the building has been extended by this time, at the southern end, as well as at the north-eastern end. May have already been converted into a dwelling by this time.
