Full description

Holley, S., 2006, A Survey of the Charcoal-burning Platforms at Goodameavy, Devon, C29,12, 25, 34-36, Plan + Photographs (Report - Survey). SDV360386.

Site visited on 17th March 2006. Charcoal burning platform in Cadworthy Wood to the north of the River Plym in poor condition. Cut into the hillside and obscured by downhill creep. Platform badly degraded with tumbled rocks and with a diameter of 3. 5 metres.
