An irregularly shaped bank, circa 5m wide, is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs taken in 1946, at West Ogwell, Ogwell. The earthwork is broadly in keeping with the surrounding historic field pattern characterised as parkland, although does not correspond with any linear features shown on this map, or on subsequent available historic maps. It is interpreted as a possible relict post-medieval field boundary which defines the north, east and west sides of a land parcel which had passed out of use by the mid-19th century. The earthwork is not visible on recent available aerial imagery and has likely since been levelled.
