A short stretch of possible anti-tank ditch is visible on RAF aerial photos extending from row of anti-tank obstacles on the north side of the railway line. It appears to be an enhanced natural barrier as a boundary is shown in this location on the 1904-1906 Ordnance Survey map. Part of the Second World War Taunton Stop Line constructed in 1940.
