One of two barrows. Barrow B is a much spread round barrow 0.3 metres high with no trace of a ditch. It is under pasture. Other details: Barrow B.

Site visited on 21st April 1962. Previously unrecorded barrow. Under grass, signs of surrounding ditch. Diameter 22 paces, height 1.5 feet.

Four bowl barrows 560 metres south-east of New Moor Cross. The monument includes four bowl barrows situated on an upland ridge overlooking the valleys of tributaries to the Crooked Oak River in an area known as New Moor. The group has a linear arrangement aligned approximately east to west. Barrow 3 is 18 metres diameter by 0.5 metres high. Other details: Barrow 3.
