A small mound or platform is visible.

A small mound or platform circa 10 by 16m is size is visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017 as an earthwork cut into the north-west facing slopes overlooking the Kate Brook, south-east of Chudleigh. The visible earthworks do not correspond with any features depicted on 19th century maps available to the survey, and the date and function of the earthworks are unknown.
