Summary
No longer extant. There is a large building shown here on the Tithe Map, originally sited very close to the south side of Great Weeke Cottage. By the later 19th century it is no longer depicted; presumably demolished, there may be archaeological deposits remaining below ground.

Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Large, irregularly shaped building shown on the Tithe Map; 2147 on the Chagford apportionment. 'House, offices, garden', owned and occupied by Lydia Hooper. It is aligned roughly north-west by south-east and is sited east of Great Weeke farm, with another building (dwelling?) within the same plot, fronting onto the road to the south.
By the later 19th century historic map depiction, this building is no longer shown and there is no sign of any remains today.
