Part of East Wheal Luscombe mine.
Rectangular building within an embanked enclosure can still be seen on site today; lies near to Williams Shaft. Constructed in the early 19th century to serve the mine, it is one of the buildings the remains of which are visible on site. Marked on survey plan of surface earthworks on site.
