Part of East Wheal Luscombe mine.
Rectangular building north of Williams Shaft marked on the updated 1768 Bedford Estate Map; presumably marked with these additions in around 1810-12. Constructed in the early 19th century to serve the mine, remains of this building are not visible on the ground. Marked on survey plan of surface earthworks on site.
