Remains of rectangular building and adjacent substantial sawpit can be seen on site to the north of Williams Shaft. This buildong served the early 19th century copper mine.

Full description

Lidar data shows a roughly rectangular feature with pit-like indentation to the south.

Part of East Wheal Luscombe mine.
Remains of a substantial sawpit with its cover building, an ajoining shed, probably for timber storage, located to the north-north-west of Williams Shaft. Remains of a possible cart shed nearby. Constructed in the early 19th century to serve the mine, it is one of the buildings the remains of which are visible on site. Marked on survey plan of surface earthworks on site.
