Torbay HER record (SMR record). SDV361984.

A boundary stone is situated on the railway bank at Parson's Bridge where the historic parish boundary of St Marychurch makes a small re-entrant angle at the north side of a path just to the west of the footbridge over the railway. The stone is granite with a semi-circular head. It is engraved with 7.5cm high capital letters "T T C" as in Torquay Town Council. The stone measures a maximum height of 0.58m, and is 0.38cm wide and 0.16m deep. The date of erection of the stone is probably before 1892 when Torquay Borough Council was incorporated.[1][2][3]
