A section of the medieval cross bank running south from the medieval manorial boundary of the 'Great Bank' survives as the boundary between Nos 78 & 80 Marldon Road at NGR SX 88840 65251. It is topped by trees but in 1965 was observed to have been cut back on its eastern side [No 78] in order to give increased garden space.

The boundary/cross bank originally ran as far south to the road at Nut Bush Lane but can now only be followed south xm to the property boundary bewteen Panorama and 1&2 Ferndale Road at SX 88830 65167 .
