Full description
Torbay HER record (SMR record). SDV361984.
House, built 1862-4 for Sir Lawrence Palk by J R Rowell; extended to NE c. 1890. The Lincombe and Warberry areas were developed by the Palks after 1840. The house was acquired by Sir Francis Layland-Barratt in 1906 and is nowan RNIB training centre with a largely unaltered interior. List description [1].
