Lysons, D. + Lysons, S., 1822, Magna Britannica, 516 (Monograph). SDV323771.
West Manly. Now converted into a house, was still used in 1554.

Butler, D. H., 1998, West Manley Chapel (Worksheet). SDV349411.
West Manley chapel licensed by Bishop Stafford in 1408. The Ordnance Survey mark this field 'Chapel (Site of )' 1888 to present. Harding shows the chapel in south-east corner of this field and states 'it was latterly occupied as a cottage. The whole is now entirely removed'. No evidence observed during fieldwalking.
