Shown as an 'old limekiln' on the 1861-6 OS County Series First Edition 1:2500 contained on a Torbay HBSMR GIS layer. A quarry is marked but not delineated as trees are shown; while the lime kiln has survived and is currently marked as 'disused' the quarry has not been recorded on any later map.
It is shown thus on the 6-inch 1933 OS.
