The sites of two Brickworks north (Collaton) and south (Torbay) of Borough Road, Paignton are shown on Torbay HBSMR GIS layers: as fields on the OS County Series 1861 1:2500, but present on the 1904 First Revision.
Additionally they are shown on the Ordnance Survey 6 inch/1:10 000 of 1933. In 1904 the area being worked at Collaton Brick Works was c. 100m x 40m; at Torbay Brick Works 120m x 110m.
The northern site is occupied by Bookers Cash and Carry warehouse; and the southern side by Torbay Council's Direct services depot.
