Row of 7 early/mid 19C 2-storey estate cottages; 1 room wide and 2 rooms deep with catslide rear lean-to and detached row of storage sheds behind. Each cottage has 1 window per storey, set over to left; doorway to right; slated roofs. Old red-brick chimneys on ridge above party and end walls.Doorways have pent-roofed hoods on shaped wood brackets. Avenue Terrace is present on the Churston Ferrers tithe map of 1839.
