A c.1840 villa situated in Babbacombe itself: square, 2 storeyed and stuccoed with a low pitch hipped slate roof and flat eaves; a symmetrical road front with 2 windows, one blind flanking a central round-headed niche, glazing bar recessed sashes, that on 1st floor right with antheminion and vitruvian scroll pattern cast iron balconette. central door of 4 moulded panels with rectangular fanlight. south front similar with central niche on both floors. 1st floor windows with same pattern of balconette. french windows ground floor. lower 2 window wing with doorway to west. Rear wing has 2 first-floor 12-pane sashes and modern ground floor windows. Now divided into flats.
