1775, The Manor of St Marychurch (Plan - measured). SDV362321.
The lodge of Daison House was present in 1862; the area was part of Daison Common in 1775 the only building to survive the wholesale demolition and rebuilding of the Daison estate in the 1920s. The construction of the lodge is likely to have been 1800-50, though a building may have already been on the site at the time of the 1775 St Marychurch manor map .
