Torbay HER record (SMR record). SDV361984.

The place-name 'Moles Cross' is associated with the family of William le Mol (1300 Totnes).[1]
The Manor of Kingskerswell was granted out by Henry III to Nicholas de Molis who held it in 1242 as 'Karswill' with 'Depeford' (Diptford).[2]
