A brick built air raid shelter with a concrete roof is situated on grass playing fields to the east of Paignton Community College. It appears to be the same size as the air raid shelter on Borough Road (SX85NE/83) but has been extended to the east at a later date by an additional brick structure with a single pitched roof. Ventilation holes in the brick work are visible just below the roof of the south elevation.
