Barber, J., 1965, 28th Report on Archaeology and Early History, p.102 (Article in Serial). SDV91115.
A bronze sestertius of Hadrian (identified by G. C. Boon and dated to AD 134-8), the reverse side being probably FORTVNA was found 12 to 18 inches below the surface of a field off North Field Lane, Brixham early in 1964 and presented to Torquay Natural History Society Museum. Reported by Dr. F. S. Wallis.
