Hindeharton manor had two deerparks. Location of them can still be traced through field names (pearse-chope).

Shirley reports that the abbot of hartland had two deerparks. Mentioned by lysons (1822) as "ancient" (shirley).

Vis=6/12/1978 (os) no remains of a park pale could be found. Four existing fields are still known as 'deer park'. The deerpark presumably relates to harton manor.

Hindeharton manor had 2 deerparks. Tithe map and apportionement shows north park as 16 plots in tenements called ' Deer Parks' (670-680) and ' North Deer Parks' (808-812). 82 acres in 1301. No remains of park pale found in 1978. See site 2091.
