Full description
South West Heritage Trust, 1838-1848, Digitised Tithe Maps and Transcribed Apportionments (Cartographic). SDV359954.
Farmstead shown on the Tithe Map (plot 333; 'House etc.'), part of the 'Bowden Estate', it was owned by the Earl of Macclesfield and occupied by John Ford. One east-west aligned building shown at the southern boundary of the yard, with two adjoining north-south aligned buildings just to the north.

One single building remains on this version of the mapping, aligned north-south, at the western edge of the farmstead area. By the time of the early 20th century historic map, even this is no longer shown.
