Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2018-2019, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 1, Haldon Ridge to Dart Valley (AI&M) (Interpretation). SDV361305.

Two linear earthwork banks and a ditch are visible on aerial photographs taken from 1948 onwards and on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017, to the west of Bradleyford Corner, Bovey Tracey. The western bank is northeast to south west aligned, measures circa 4m wide and is flanked on its western side by a ditch circa 2.5m wide. The eastern bank is northwest to southeast aligned and measures circa 7m wide. The earthworks do not correspond with any linear features shown in this location on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map, or on later available historic maps, but are in keeping with the historic field pattern depicted in this location which is characterised as post-medieval enclosures. They are therefore interpreted as relict field boundaries of post-medieval date which had passed out of use by the mid-19th century.
