A curvilinear earthwork ditch, up to approximately 4 metres wide, is visible on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. Although it is not depicted on the available historic maps, it fits into the surrounding field pattern, and is broadly parallel to a field boundary 32 metres to the north that is depicted on tithe maps. It may be the remains of a medieval field boundary that went out of use before the mid-19th century. It is not visible on any of the other available imagery so interpretation is tentative.
