A curvilinear earthwork bank, up to approximately 4 metres wide, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 and less distinctly on images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. It is not depicted on the available historic maps, but its western end may meet the eastern end of a curvilinear boundary depicted on the tithe map. It may be the remains of a medieval field boundary that went out of use before the mid-19th century.
