Full description
Natural England Volunteers, 2009-2015, Natural England Volunteer Archaeological Survey, H20 (Worksheet). SDV350591.
Visited 13/11/2015. Wall and gatepost recorded at SX 78077 80628, Higher Hisley Farm. Excellent condition. Beautiful example of gatepost at end of very substantial wall. Beautiful wall built like a ha-ha. No corresponding gatepost, wall continues other side of gate but not so deep or well built. The wall is thought to date to after 1886. Photographed.
