The National Record of the Historic Environment (NRHE) records possible site of the guildhall of the Guild of St. Nicholas, also known as 'Kay Hall'. Purchased 1584, demolished 1852.

Site of the former guildhall of the Guild of St Nicholas. Purchased by the Corporation in 1584. Demolished in 1852. Nothing is known of the guild except that it existed in 1303 and was disbanded in 1549.
