University of Southampton, 2018, North Devon Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey Desk-Based Assessment, FID 3715 (Interpretation). SDV361978.

The National Record of the Historic Environment (NRHE) records a 17th century two storey, brick house with stucco front and a corrugated iron roof with gabled ends. Initally house, then later shop. Recent aerial photos show it to be no longer extant.
