A ditch or hollow is visible as an earthwork.

An earthwork hollow circa 10m wide and 80m long is visible crossing the contours of north facing combe slopes on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. The visible earthwork does not correspond with any boundary depicted on the 19th century maps available to the survey and appears to be cut by the gutters of a catch meadow of probable 19th century date. The hollow is interpreted as the remains of a former field boundary potentially of medieval origin that was removed prior to circa 1840.
