GetMapping, 1999 - 2000, Millennium Map 1999-2000 Getmapping (Aerial Photograph). SDV321648.

The area has been developed for residential housing.

Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2018-2019, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 1, Haldon Ridge to Dart Valley (AI&M) (Interpretation). SDV361305.

Linear earthworks of a bank, circa 2.5m wide, and ditch, circa 6m wide, and both northeast to southwest aligned are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1946. The earthworks do not correspond with any linear features shown in this location on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map, or on later available historic maps, but are closely in keeping with the historic field pattern depicted in this location which is characterised Barton fields. They are therefore interpreted as relict field boundaries of likely post-medieval date which have been levelled following residential development of the area by 1999-2000.
