A bank circa 3m wide and 85m long is visible as an earthwork on aerial photographs of 1946. The earthwork corresponds in part with a field boundary depicted on the Tithe Map for Bishopsteignton and the Ordnance Survey First Edition 25inch map. The earthwork is interpreted as a field boundary of probable post-medieval to 19th century origin that was partly realigned by circa 1840. The bank remains visible as an earthwork on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017.
