Hegarty, C., Knight, S. and Sims, R., 2018-2019, The South Devon Coast to Dartmoor Aerial Investigation and Mapping Survey. Area 1, Haldon Ridge to Dart Valley (Interpretation). SDV361305.

Narrow curvilinear ditches, less than 2m wide, are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947 and digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. The visible earthwork channels closely follow the contours of the west facing combe slopes and occupy an area of circa 0.30 hectares. They are interpreted as the possible gutters of a 19th century catch meadow irrigation system which likely tapped a pond-fed watercourse which bisects the system.
