An earthwork platform, circa 12 by 18 metres in plan, is visible on aerial photographs taken from 1946 onwards and on visualisations of lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. It is located on the boundary between woodland and parkland at Pound, overlooking the house and Pound Farm. It is not clear what its function was, but may have been a designed landscape feature such as a viewing platform.
