A catch meadow of probable post-medieval to 20th century date is visible on aerial photographs of 1989 as a series of roughly parallel curvilinear ditches visible as subtle earthworks closely following the contours of the east facing slopes west of Goodabrook Wood.
The gutters were not identifiable on images derived from aerial photographs of 2018 but very subtle earthworks visible on digital images derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017 indicate that the possible gutters have not been entirely levelled.
