Parallel linear earthwork banks, circa 4.5 metres wide, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1971 on the west-facing slopes north of Voss Farm, Sparkwell. They resemble post-medieval or 19th century orchard banks in form, as recorded in neighbouring plots. In this instance the plot is not depicted as an orchard on the late-19th century mapping available to the survey and it is possible the orchard was cleared prior to circa 1840 or that they resulted from drainage works.
The banks are not identifiable on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2014 and have probably been levelled.
