Dark curvilinear cropmarks, interpreted as having formed over two levelled ditches, circa 2m wide, are visible on digital images derived from aerial photographs taken in 2018. The parallel and closely spaced cropmarks partly correspond with a field boundary shown on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map. They are therefore interpreted as evidence of a double-ditched field boundary of possible medieval date which had largely passed out of use by the mid-19th century. The cropmarks are not visible on other available aerial imagery.
