A tramline at the rear of the storage bays at New Quay is discussed, which may have run along the top of the storage yard walls or at the back of the kilns, where the limestone could be unloaded into the relevant kiln well.
The tops of the storage yard walls could not be investigated at this time for fixings or construction evidence but may be possible in the future.
