Summary
A planned rectantular farmstead built in the second half of the 19th century which appears to have incorporated an earlier building. The name Wonwood, however, is much older, being first recorded in the late 13th century.

Recorded as nursery and barn (plot 113) on the South Sydenham Tithe Apportionment, part of East Wonwood.
