One of at least 12 hut circles shown on 19th century map within the northern enclosure at Erme Pound.

Remains of hut circles, remains of. These hut circles are all very vague and fragmentary. The statement that these huts resemble bee hive huts cannot be disputed, only one example of a bee hive hut having been seen so far in Dartmoor.

Erme Pound northern Enclosure 'C' contains at least six hut circles (Number 5-10) grouped near the centre with diameters between 3.2 to 6.1 metres with some of them joined by low walling.
