Hemery describes 'Grant's Hole', or Pot as an old adit located below Black Rocks in an area of streamworking. Lies under the bank near a twist in the brook and the workings on the left bank are two tinners' houses.
Sandles, T., 2014-2019, Legendary Dartmoor (Website). SDV356498.
Sandles suggests this is a natural cave, rather than an adit. Discovered in 1953 by a group of Teignmouth Scouts and named after John Grant (scoutmaster), a letterbox was later placed inside.
