The earthworks do not correspond with any linear features in this location.

Two linear and parallel earthwork ditches, circa 6m wide and northeast to southwest aligned, are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1951 and on visualisations derived from lidar data captured between 1998 and 2017. They do not correspond with any linear features shown on the mid-19th century Parish Tithe Map, or on later available historic maps. The origin of the earthworks is largely unclear, although possibly represent relict medieval or post-medieval field boundaries, or else 19th century water channels.
