Barn at Westabrook is depicted on the modern mapping, to the south of the farm; farmhouse lies to the north.

A double-height threshing barn dating from the late 17th century with later alterations is located approximately 20m south of the farmhouse. The barn is rectangular in plan with lean-to extensions on its north side. The barn is of granite rubble construction with a 18th century half-hipped collared-truss-framed replacing a late-17th century thatched roof. See listing for full details.
