A low scarp was recorded during an earthwork survey carried out as part of a programme of remedial works at the hillfort. It is suggested that this may be the remains of an earlier enclosure, predating the hillfort.

A low scarp was recorded during an earthwork survey carried out as part of a programme of remedial works at the hillfort. It is suggested that this may be the remains of an earlier enclosure, predating the hillfort.
